Who are we waiting for? Lots of speculation, but I really think that Govt enities have played out their cards. At this stage of the game in due time, I think we will find that the recent delays are as a result of "Megas." But not a bad thing. As Domerfan just pointed out via a link, Megas has far more important reasons to be in OK, than court or signatures. And for that matter if all they needed were signatures, papers would go back and forth via fedex or simular, signed and notorized. Look at the change in timing of PRs, been a while. communication to a bare minimum. I think it it prudent that we realize that we still may be a long way from resolved. There are basically three types of stock involved. 1. The original march Indy, 2. the counterfit, (very different problem) 3. the naked shorted shares via the brokerages. Both before and after they were advised by Megas and the dtc that counterfits were floating around. The first two are rather clear cut and simple to resolve, time and money consuming, but simple. For us the big challange lays within the 3rd type. No one but the individual brokerages that sold them are even close to being responsible. Many, perhaps most of us were well aware of the fact that this was shorted beyond belief. That was the reason for our buying in the first place. to capitalize on a short squeeze. Which came close to happening, until a few brokerages wised up and suspended trading.
For those thinking about transfering shares to a different brokerage I would be very very careful to explore all negatine repercushions. First I doubt that any other brokerage would want to transfer these into your acct. In the worst case senario if everything blew up in our faces, the only possible recource one has would be with the brokerage who sold them to you in the first place. There is a big difference between these in your acct from the selling brokerage, and litigation after the fact. Do your homework and walk causiously.

My gut tells me that Megas is about to unvail something that will be of great value to original shareholders. I believe that he has laid the ground work to start a short squeez, however we will in fact be on our own. With our recourse against the brokerage from whom you bought your shares. they have several options, including but not limited to letting this run up a bit but keeping it contained. While buying back every share they can. ignore it, hope it goes away, (LOL) offer to refund your original cost. Let you take it to litigation. How many here have the resources to pursue this course. How many would find it to be cost effective? How about class action? Do your homework, only the attornies win in this situation.
I would suggest that if you beleive in prayer or any type of a higher power, that you "PRAY." As close as we are, we still have a long ways to go.

Good luck to us all.

Have Fun,
