Great news. BMXI just increase the O/S by another 2M shares. Clearly going to Leonite, but this is great news for us longs. The Brazil deal the company is exchanging 51% of its commons. So BMXI is only working with 101M of the 200M Float.. Now the O/S was just increased to 61M, which leaves the company only 39M shares for the S1 Offering.

Lets say the company wants to raise $20 to $30 Million Dollars at offering to fund new operations.. Nasdaq and NYSE have a Minimal bid price of $4.00 Bucks.

Scenario 1. So they can offer 5M/6M shares at 4bucks, Remember they have to be at $4 bucks to uplist.
Scenario 2. They Max out the A/S sell those remaining 39M shares at .75 cents and they do a 1 for 6 RS.. The latter scenario is highly unlikely since the Analyst has a $6 dollar Price Target not including the Brazil deal. That would only increase it.
