I’m holding long for a payout but do wish I would have traded a bit more in hindsight. I’m bullish holding cheap shares but So Confused….there is a clear 144 filing of 9million unregistered shares to be sold that was filed this past week. How is that backdated to 2020- 21. She was gifted these shares in August 2021. I get she can sell and make some cash but it does piss me off at this juncture and timing! This leads me to believe there is no buyout as those shares would have been included and at much better return than at the market.
Emil turned down the $150million offer! I believe he will do right by shareholders and I do believe a Surprise is coming but not what we expect.
