America Green, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB) April 30th, 2018 along with Delta International Oil and Gas (OTCQB:DLTZ) chose Nipton, California to establish a new Research and Education Institute. Both the firms will also form a political action committee.

The political action network will study and take steps to legalize the cannabis/ cannabis bi-products including CBD for recreational and health needs.

*The Research Institute based in Nipton will take initiative to promote the biodiversity in as well as around the Nipton, the adjacent Mojave National Preserve, and the Ivanpah Valley.

*The Institute will engage in development and building of zero emission power plants in and around Nipton, and the adjoining small towns.

*It will also generate new jobs by renovating the low impact manufacturing facilities and other existing facilities.

*The Research Institute also welcomes the scholars, researchers and scientists to stay at the institute, study and contribute to the development efforts.
America Green, Inc. will seek the help of its JV partner American GreenCrete to build all the major sector....cont.....
