Here is the deal. I will net several million on this. I happen to understand the process of PCAOB to Uplist very well. In fact my friend was part of a team who did the underwriting for the bookrunner on a nice size Nasdaq uplist. BMXI happens to be way larger. Not sure why your trying to test my intelligence here.

BTW GEO BLOCKS will receive those 49% of shares and will be CO OWNER of BMXI. If anything Geoblocks will want the offering as higher possible to maximize there end of the deal.. COMMON SENSE.

WHAT A JOKE.. It would be one thing to test investor confidence at 60M MC but no flipping way will it work here at 6M MC.. I have ZERO PLAN on selling under any OFFERING PRICE btw. You can RADIO that to NILS and Leonite
