Keep a lookout for the pending announcement of the final agreement with Samsung Heavy and B&V. Should be announced any day now if they are still on schedule. They have historically made media announcements for the design phase with Samsung et al. If they do complete this May then FID on FLNG #1 should happen June/July. Fingers crossed.

From one of the articles late April that announced the Hartree SPA.

Chief operating officer Wouter Pastoor said the company is finalizing construction contracts for multiple identical liquefier vessels and believes a FID on the second FLNG vessel could be taken by the end of 2023.

Note FID on the second FLNG. Implies that the first FID is a foregone conclusion.
