It's not a $2 bn contract, but "Zero Dollar", which means individual portions will be contracted--some even put out to bid..

For instance, MSL isn't even getting all the work as a large portion is subbed out.

Bottom line, over the 10 year term of the agreement, expect WSRC's portion to be far far less than $100m a year. my guess, it may not even average at 7 figures per year...
