Once the consulting agreements were issued Frank welched on his deal cleared those shares in the market ripping everyone off..

Claudio canceled those contracts and Frank still managed to get them cleared dumping those shares through his cronies.

I bet if you contacted Claudio he will tell you those consulting agreements were never performed on and canceled but Frank forged them through some how.

The truth is more bizarre than fiction.
