The statement above was what I originally said.
I didn't say anything positive (or at least I didn't think I was coming off that way).
I basically said this guy was trying to milk the lawsuit as much as he can.
But to counter your first statement:
No. No he won't. He won't close shop.
He can still keep the millions (if there is a settlement and if it amounts to such) and still run this "business."
It's not like he wins the lawsuit and has to share his money with the common shareholders. He can still be shady if he wants and just do what he pleases. It's his "business."
The opportunity is better if he keeps trying to rid the CE. The only thing stopping him is the people at the OTCM. They have absolute power to say yes or no.
