Anyone else have serious concerns about GVSI and SRNW based on how Sharp mishandled (and continues to mishandle) WNFT?

If there was a merger candidate, he failed everyone by not reaching a settlement and losing it. More likely, there never was a merger candidate, which makes me wonder about GVSI.

Frankly, that's the most logical explanation for why he has delayed every step in the process. Even now, I haven't seen any publications, he must have started them already, right?!
