In response to Badge 714 on insider selling. The list you gave me covers March 15 06 to the present and icludes insiders and non insiders but here is the status and sales I know of. Anita Laurance registered 1,000,000 shares on 6-8-06 and thru 12-15-06 sold a total of 251,662 shares starting on July 6th and ending 12-15-06, none have been sold sine 12-15-06. Average price 7.2 cents. David T.Laurance shows two registrations on 6-8-06 and 7-13-06 but were really only one because of a rejected legal opinion letter on the first date. There was 1,400,000 shares registered on 7-13-06 and re-registered on 9-15-06. 100,000 shares were sold at 7 cents on Dec 15th and no shares have been sold since. NBI Financial registered 100,000 shares on 8-31-06 but remain unsold and no renewed legal opinion letter since. Ralph Merhi registered 91,800 shares on 6-05-06 but no record of any sales nor further registration. David Clark, a director, registered 1,000,000 shares and sold 400,000 shares during Sept and Oct 06. None have been sold since. Tora Capital, registered 1,000,000 shares on 5-25-06 and 6-01-06 but are really the same shares listed twice. About 400,000 shares were sold during the next three months. Tora Capital is a wholly owned Corporation belonging to the past Sec-Treas of EDEX. No other director, officer, or 5% shareholder has sold stock since the Mesa well was drilled. Because a stock is registered for sale doesn't mean it will be sold and has to be re-registered each 90 days or the 144 legand goes back on.
