12/14/22: “Swifty has now been fully audited and is working tirelessly to file its S-1 in January 2023 in order to be fully reporting during the first quarter. Furthermore, Swifty's name and ticker change documentation is due to be filed almost simultaneously to the S-1.”

5/15/23: “Swifty intentionally delayed filing its S-1 Registration Statement during the first quarter for several strategic reasons including but not limited to macroeconomics, general alignment timing, and strategic planning for an uplist. However, the company intends to file its S-1 during the second quarter of 2023.”

False information in a PR is something for the authorities to scrutinize for legality. Name and ticker change takes about 60 days from filing. Long way to go for whales to jump in imo.
