QUANTA-CON: FDA WARNING LETTER = THEE END :))

I personally had written the FDA multiple "EXTENSIVE "briefs" (and the FTC also) on ALL the fraudulent claims, safety issues, illegal "new drug claims" etc being made about Escozine.

I noted that per FDA LAW "ESCOZINE" aka SNAKE OIL INC aka QUANT-aCON... would be a "Misbranded or adulterated" and/or "Non FDA APPROVED NEW DRUG" (NO IRB or prior FDA approval(s) etc) .....which are federal crimes !!

I 100% KNEW this was a crime scene when the MOOCH and crew "tried" to peddle the "PRE IND" utter bullshit and I posted extensively about such fraudulent claims !!

NO SUCH THING as a "PRE IND NUMBER" blah blah exists - I have extensive FDA drug approval and regulatory compliance experience and KNEW their claims were utter and total bullshit and in fact VERY MUCH ILLEGAL.....thus....THE FDA "FORMAL WARNING LETTER" which is a very very very serious warning...one issued PRIOR to a potential FDA civil lawsuit and/or a FDA-DOJ criminal lawsuit.....they're not jacking around here folks in this warning letter...

SELLING and using INTERSTATE COMMERCE TO "PRODUCE/MOVE/SELL" what is an ILLEGAL DRUG and/or a misbranded and/or "adulterated" drug as defined by the FDA...and doing so ON USA soil is a federal crime...as in FEDERAL BIG BOY KINDA CRIME no different than selling illegal narcotics etc....

The FDA took action which is partially why "THE SEC" and "OTC MARKETS" were also told via federal agency inter-communication to REVOKE THIS SCAM and FRAUD TICKER and to pursue THE MOOCH and his PUNK ASS FRAUD KID -

The MOOCH and his punk kid can STILL face potential criminal and/or civil regulatory sanctions, fines and even arrest for illegally selling "NON APPROVED DRUGS" on USA soil.....we shall see.....

My guess - is they've FLED THE COUNTRY and don't give a rat's ass any longer and "think" they can out run the Loooooong arm of US FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT..which they CAN NOT....it will ALWAYS catch up with cons like these sooner or later....ALWAYS......:))
