Been involved in penny stocks for 50 years and it is frustrating that the announcements are not what you are looking for but this is an acquistion and it adds to heads up portfolio. For a company to be acquired or merged into another it is much better and easier if the company being merged in has revenues, portfolio of businesses and has competent management. People unfortunately sell on news and it is not good for all but this is the world we live in. I like the press release because it is not an MOU or LOI it is an straight out acquistion. Lets try to be positive here instead of the negativity brought on by few. Good luck to all. This is not a regular b.s. penny stock deal. Patience my good people.
