Why would DA spend all this time and money to get to Current and then allow it to go Dark? It doesn't make sense to do that. I think his accountant F'ed up big time then they had to fix the issues and now they have to hurry up and get the lawyers to review it in order to get the attorney letter signed off in time. I doubt Danny wants his stock to go no trading, what a bad look it would be imo.

I bet we see the filing very soon.
