wondering if gse plaintiff lawyers would be aggressive on cfpb case asking court to affirm fifth's decision and retroactively. if not, these lawyers should be fired.
cfpb and rop can dismantle everything related to gse's. if rop cert is granted, i am back in. when would they cert it? collins is good in hindsight that the director can be fired at whim and every decision can be reversed. let's see, getting very interesting.
