I have looked into this as well. I live in Westchester County and, while there are many good concierge pcps on NYC, the pickings are very slim in Westchester. I really don’t want to travel to Manhattan for routine appointments, but I may be forced to do that

I am surprised that Westchester is also bad...Ulster is terrible for healthcare.

I have no health problems except a messed up shoulder from overuse and getting decent healthcare here is a horrible challenge. Like 6+ week wait for an appointment with a sub-par doctor, then a 2-week wait for an MRI, then another 6 weeks for a follow-up appointment. Just terrible. And we have one orthopedic practice that dominates the area, so let's just say that customer service is *not* their priority
