The news is so misleading.
Especially that $6.67 per share.
This number is based on current market cap of $13 million.
However, BOPO will need significant dilution to get the financing to finalized this deal.
Have you seen what BOPO must finance in the next 90 days???????
Almost 1/2 BILLION dollars.
Sorry but this is really unrealistic.
Especially for projects in Africa IMO.
