It seems that there is a misunderstanding of the 10-Q and statements within.

The "plan". LOL. KBLB stating that they are "planning" something has no legal consequences when it doesn't happen (as most are aware). They are just "forward-looking statements" that mean almost nothing. KBLB could say that they are "planning" to raise worms on Mars and it wouldn't mean a thing when it doesn't happen. The Scumbag CEO uses forward-looking statements as the proverbial "carrot on a stick" to entice investors to buy more bags of poop (so he can continue to stuff his pockets full of money).

But the details on a signed agreement are legal and meaningful, and hence why the details were removed.
