I was thinking more along these lines

Up to 100,000 shares - $0.05 each
Between 100,000 and 499,999 shares - $0.04 each
Over 500,000 shares $ - 0.03 each

I will only purchase shares up to 9.9% of the total shares outstanding.

I am currently at about 6.2%. I am not looking to obtain affiliate status, which is 10% or greater
