Very fair question.
If you can answer these questions you might be able to apply the same reasoning to answer your question
- why did he spent money the first time he applied to OTC Markets about 2 years ago, only to be denied?
-why did he spend money to have filings audited and apply to SEC via the Form 10, only to essentially be denied.
-And do you think that he intentionally wasted his money on that process?
