With no news and a PPS declining I would have expected nothing less than a delay on the filings (there is news coming, just waiting on FINRA, so why not wait a few days) It's not a big deal, just be prepared to buy the ask (not bid sit that so many of you do). If the bid-sitting continues, then we are in the 03's and i will continue to buy the ask. I simply can't believe how many folks bid-sit and then whine about the PPS. Congratulations, you saved 39 dollars with your stupidity.. GLTA, especially those that know what they're doing and slap the ask.
