He's counter-suing the chick, look for it. I didn't want to pay for docs, but I saw the initial complaint was filed. If someone has a PACER account, they can at least pull the initial complaint and case synopsis.

Company financials don't have to disclose civil claims or "business as usual"-type disgruntled employee, etc. stuff unless there are real charges and a conviction stemming from them. Otherwise, every jackass would get free coverage in public filings about their pet grievance. This would create a whole litany of problems (like takedown artists levying false accusations just to get them in the fins, etc etc).
