I don't know who holds down the pps of TMNA but the trading seems very artificial. Moreover, there is next to no demand for these shares. The stock may be in a vicious circle. The "sister" TIO is soaring and the value of the shares traded may be 1,000 times the value of the TMNA shares that are traded. Moreover, there are various kinds of uncertainty related to TMNA. In these circumstances it is not so strange that people choose to buy shares in TIO rather than TMNA. Moreover, I suspect that many potential buyers are not aware of the deep discount of the TMNA shares.
