Agree with the sentiment... also just speculating... it would seem easy enough if they keep their shares of TIO in TMNA... TIO declares a cash (special one time or regular or both), TMNA could be the one that is then doing the buyback of TIO shares.

Buy enough of them TIO then goes fully private under TMNA and TIO doesnt exist anymore in that scenario. And in that potential reality TIO has an expiration date, and TMNA does not as TMNA is the parent.

Now if the share price continues to rip like this then that scenario is less likely... so many ways this could unfold regardless TMNA will hold immense value.

52X million shares after conversions of TIO... 39X million shares of TIO owned by TMNA after conversions.

Lets do 520 - 390 which leaves 130 million shares left on the market. TMNA parent could just end up buying the remaining 130 million shares of TIO. What would happen then???

Its pretty funny to think about this as last year so many were telling me why you buy TMNA its going to vanish... now thinking about it TIO might vanish LOL.
