I did too ive been also investing in this since May/June of last year.... I did buy MICT also at that time, and took the profits from there and put them here.

Im at a happy average and in no way am disillusioned with my investment knowing full well that TMNA will own most of TIO... and possibly TMNA could buy it all back up bring it private then go to NYSE.

So many possibilities in TMNA itll all come to fruition once those conversions occur.

Also...
If those conversions or Nasdaq change of control doesnt happen by June 30, 2023... then TMNA will default to owning Delaware Sub (which has Tingo Mobile and Foods).

If that occurs then TIO is left holding the bag. I like my prospects here... and it might be a boon to me as I usually sell for quick profits than hold. TMNA is allowing me to change my habits to see this through fully.

If I am to be honest with myself if I only bought MICT/TIO then I would have sold out LONNNNG ago, then kicking myself not holding to 3.7X ish as it stands.

TMNA ive got all the value, and while yes I do want to see it higher, im seeing this through to conversions and next steps.
