This version contains all the details I was too lazy/tired to put in before, interleaving 99% of the details I know.
This also corrects a very recent mistake in my last timeline on the timing of when the O/S increased from 3.4B (2020) to 7B (2021), as it wasn't all at once, but seems to have taken place during the negotiation settlement talks.
I managed to find posts by T53 which 'sample' the O/S figures from OTC after Edgar postings stopped, but before WCVC was revoked. I assume the O/S remained at 7B after revocation, but there's no way to know about any 'gray market' deals.
