Speaking of "PERSONAL EARNINGS", people investing in these SCAM'd filled markets, should only trade or "invest" monies that they know they may LOSE! I don't invest in the NASDAQ or OTC any longer, as this is my last BAG I'm holding. I just SWING & DAY trade now. The management of these CORRUPT or MIS-MANAGED Public Companies are not worthy of a long-term INVESTMENT, at least from ME!

I would suggest you call your Broker, FINRA or the SEC (if they pickup the phone) and ask them what are the typical time frames for Delisting to the EXPERT or GRAY Markets, if a PINK Form 10 Filer and is labeled "Delinquent SEC Reporting"??

If you have been invested in the OTC for as long as I have and have experienced this same scenario, more than once you would understand, but unfortunately your EXPERIENCE and DD is sub-par to say the least.
