FORW canceling its warrants in WNFT was a sign that most missed

I don't think anyone missed that, it was a big deal and people were upset.

We can hate on GS but at least he openly says there is no longer a merger candidate till this is behind us. Not everyone would agree but he's been honest. Follow his words alongside his corporate actions (e.g. canceling warrants) and you'll see what happened here.

The warrant agreement was agreed to in July and canceled in March, with no steps taken in the interim to make it official. To me, that doesn't sound like he was being honest, assuming being honest includes notifying shareholders promptly of material events. Either it was canceled back in July or it shouldn't be canceled.

Similarly, he told us in May that there is no longer a merger candidate. How long ago do you think he knew there was no merger candidate? Do you think it happened just now? What happened to the acquisition(s) he teased back in August?
