The fact anyone is comparing common value to Preferred, tells me they don’t have a clue or understanding of the concept and creation of each and their purpose. The bogus reorganization and cap stack is like a 101 student running amuck in imagination on how they would like to see their investment treated. It’s comical or sad. Depending on circumstances
