SWAV—Kiwi, what is the argument for a cardiologist to recommend atherectomy rather than IVL for a particular patient (male or female)? Is there a reason other than IVL’s more limited track record?

Additionally, what proportion of IVL procedures are for PAD rather than CAD? TIA
