Everything we have ever seen here has been a surprise of some sort. Chan doesn’t talk about much before we just see a PR about them. Clearly he has a reason for staying quiet, but we don’t know what that is. So when I say Chan is working behind the scenes, I mean that the money they are needing from this dilution and from the private investors is going towards something that we don’t fully know about yet. The merger, the CEA deal, the patent infringement claims, the credit unions, and on and on are still going on behind the scenes. The nonsense about IGEN we see here constantly is from the very people who are buying ALL of the dilution. I believe they have inside information about IGEN.
