if kim is a shyster, trying to sell everyone on something he doesnt have, silence is the way to do it???”

Yes. It seems to be working quite well. He plays on hope, letting the silence fuel people “spinning their wheels”, extrapolating positive outcomes from the nebulous, vague and misleading PRs issued, which also leads people on both sides to speculate as to, “why the silence?” I choose to believe the simplest and most logical explanation for things. In Kim’s case, his silence doesn’t “protect the tech” or otherwise, it merely keeps the pps as “high” as it is because if he were honest and people knew the truth about how little production there’s been all along the pps would be substantively lower.

That’s how sheisters work."
“actually no, it isnt...shysters use a hard sell to get you to buy into what they really dont have.”

Really? Sheisters only work one way? Sheisters, thieves, con artists, etc all have numerous tactics - ultimately they lead you to believe what they want you to believe and do so in numerous ways. You implied a sheister only uses one method, the hard sell, which ignores all the other tactics they use such as the soft sell, the long con and there are many more.

“but if you believe that kim doesnt have anything and isnt saying anything because of that, how is he a shyster?...”

There’s no hard evidence one way or the other. We’re ALL just speculating, but it seems most logical that he’s done things the way they’ve been done to mislead shareholders and keep them on the hook. That’s what sheisters do.
