This is the second or third of George's tickers that got slimed in a the legal quagmire because George apparently has no negotiation skills. Where are all of George's super pumpers??? A lot of people got burned and are down 80% or more. This court case could be easily lost now. The court wants new briefs and the stock reflects that. I still can't see what Calassee gains by crashing the ticker in the long run. The odds of this ever climbing out of the crapper are terrible now. Might as well put it all on black in Vegas.

I can't see what he gains either, but I'm not 100% sure it's his decision to make. What was Sharp's last offer? Only one I saw was 1M shares before the Reconsideration hearing more than a year ago.

First I offered Calasse 10 million shares with a caveat that I negotiate down--not up
When his lawyer countered with 25 million, I offered 8 million
When the Motion for Reconsideration was filed, I offered one million

Now he has nothing but a bunch of bad advice and legal bills

From my vantage point, there is a lot of room to negotiate between 1M and 25M.

$WNFT is like being a basketball player on their way to a championship match and missing it because you were arguing with the traffic cop over a $50 ticket. Now you lost the champion ship, and you still have the ticket. But even worse, the traffic cop is happy.
