I would guess the same. And I would guess it’s someone with VERY deep pockets.

If someone has that kind of cash sitting around, this isn’t his first rodeo. So why drop that relatively huge amount at once? Because he believes he’s short on time before this runs. And that huge amount IS him spreading it out. So that was likely the first of many buys.

If I were buying a few million more shares, I’ve watched this stock long enough to know that I’d need to spread it out maybe 100k at a time.

But this guy wants tens of millions of shares and is in a hurry.

Of course it’s possible that he’s not that smart. But the rich people I know aren’t rich because they’re dumb with money.
