You are most likely correct, however notice SRPT's nosedive in March where the price did drop below $120, but RSI did not go below 30 (oversold) and even on subsequent lows (4 times) never went below 30 on the reading...yes, lots of air pockets....btw, on today's binary event the RSI is very close to prior high readings near 70 (overbought)....
