Maria56, that's just it...

That means that those 20 million shares are not designated for anyone that's part of the company now or such would have been indicated. I think that those MONI shares are going to be designated to whoever is going to be the top person that will be taking over MONI. That's what makes sense to me for why they are listed as they are.
