Good Morning,

The current O/S now sitting at 80m with an increase of around 6.5m is well within the course of business and is not of concern.

There will never be a major setup in increasing shares, but through incremental stages within the current projected volume. This morning increase is not an issue, and we should be at a .005 under current fair value.

We have a long way to go before this issue becomes a negative.

Look for the spikes under momentum and trade accordingly.

This is not an investment grade issue under NO circumstances!
