These are exactly the same 'arguments' provided by the bozo's on 'Facebook' and elsewhere, for shorting ERHC into oblivion...

They conveyed that their thought was that ERHC would go bankrupt for sure.

Later they passionately hoped that ERHC at least would get revoked. Even that didn't happen...

Crystal clear situation here.

ERHC is kept alive for a reason, that is what ERHC shorters fiercely try to ignore.

Reality is 400+ very expensive pages of litigation. And SEO still hasn't walked away with the jackpot from us longs..
