Hey kayak I read your post and thought about it and you could be right about it just being a provider of telematics devices (carrier) is commencing a switch over from a competitors product to igen. Wording makes sense.

But my new thoughts are that existing customers of this provider will hear that their devices are no longer being carried and have been replaced with igens.

And the fact still stands that financing and shares purchased by insiders were stated to be for a significant increase in inventory demand.

Will be interesting to find out who this carrier is... maybe its positioning universal. Haha.
