Regarding this latest order by the court.... It was pointed out to me this morning (by the legal mind I trust the most, 40+ years experience/former senior partner) that what they did here (the court) was basically play a bit of damage control.
Exact quote: Not a bad thing, but it covers their ass.


Barring the extra time involved, this is not a bad thing for team sharp and is certainly not giving Calasse and sort of advantage. It is simply an extremely rare case for the court with not a lot (if any) legal precedent. ....As my guy said "it covers their ass" and I trust his experience.


As far as you comment below is concerned:

This could still be easily dismissed.

I wholeheartedly agree and this latest filing does NOT diminish that likelihood.
