I am in for 1 year, so that 2 years does not apply to me. You are right, MEDIUM should state this, not me. But explain me why they would NOT explain this to the market eventually as a public company. That doesn’t make sense at all. They pick right moment in time to do this: better market climate, mature all their platforms and attached and revenues, etc. Maybe, their big global PR action will come with a Nasdaq move. I don’t know.
