If Callasse had take the 10m shares, and George had merged with a viable entity getting this over $1; that’s $6.5m after taxes… I mean, I would’ve taken the deal.

By the time this is all done those 25m shares or whatever he gets out of it will be worth nothing.

If George on the other hand had just made a better offer this would be done.

This is a situation where avarice a both sides has destroyed the shareholders.
