Anyone see they slipped this in that last report?

Class B Convertible Preferred Stock. 400,000 ..The Class B Convertible Preferred Stock are convertible at a ratio of 1 share of Class A Convertible Preferred Stock for 4,350 shares of common stock. The Class B Convertible Preferred Stockholders may not convert into more than 4.9% of the Company’s Common Stock. These shares have no common stock voting rights. The face value of the Class B Convertible Stock is $5.00.

how can they decide to make those 5.00 a share ?
Educate me, does that class of share get effected by the planed 1/50 rs they applied for?
can a person convert after the RS when PPS is .01-.05 and then sell.. 400,000 x 4,350= 1,740,000,000 shares x's .01= $17,400,000.00..
Did i do math wrong.. at .04 like after the last RS would be $69,600,00.00
i realize 400,000 x 5.00 is =2,000,000 but not of what speculate they have planned is true
