I think you are also overestimating the actual impact of OS and market cap in OTC tickers. Overvaluation is the name of the game and speculation drives price more than fundamentals...

Yes dilution is annoying but if our market cap hits 1 million and we land a million dollar deal it's quite likely we see a 10 or 20x .

The doom and gloom is ridiculous were a tiny OS comparatively in the OTC.

If your risk tolerance is low dont invest in the OTC. It's a start up trying to enter a high barrier market and progressing after a pandemic that crushed small business followed by an recession that encouraged cutting all cost possible...
