LOL. I think we will be fine. I just watch the price run up, and as soon as the price starts to roll over, place a market sell order, make money, wait for price to bottom out, re-buy. Repeat as needed. I'm not a "flipper" though, and won't bother selling at less than 100% profit, and I don't mind waiting a year or more if necessary.

It has always worked for me as long as I can get it at a good price. I am usually pretty good at buying the bottom, but not so good at predicting the peak, so sometimes I don't make as much as I could.
