A valid point and I agree considerably... That being said, hindsight is always 20/20.

This is by no means the end of the road..I understand that OTC minds are not fond of waiting, but in my humble opinion WNFT will move on to fruition. Too much time and money has been invested by Mr Sharp for him to not see this through. Whether Sharp emerges victorious via the court system or it involves some type of new era-damage control settlement with Calasse we shall see . I don't live in Sharp's head so my thoughts are certainly subjective (yet certainly viable).

I will be the first to say, I was wrong with my take/takes on the time frame here.
Not to mention, I/my camp is quite surprised that the court took this route actually. It is astonishing that there is not some sort of legal precedent here.

The above said (and spoken as kindly as I can muster), why do you feel the need to degrade me by making fun of lawyers in my swimming pool?? ...Whats the point??? I own a nice home that happens to have a really nice pool... AND I happen to be friends with some really good lawyers... So what??

You also seem to enjoy bringing up the day when I purchased in the .04 to .044 range a few weeks back (how do you know that I didn't trade out of it?? ...the two days following it closed up from there)... Instead, you gleefully point out that its in the 2 cent range now (where I have also bought). ...But regardless...So what??

I cant count the times I have been down on a ticker (on rare occasions, tens of thousands), I just happened to land on my feet more times than not. If I didn't, I wouldn't be here. For God's sakes man...its about averages. What trader worth his or her salt doesn't expect this from time to time?... And even more so, why make fun of it??

Per my "this will still get done" statement above, I will buy more if the PPS warrants it.
