Actual buyers have put MONI's worth at .013-.016 range atm. That's what they are willing to pay for it.

Conversely, a stock trading at .001 is worth .001...that's what sh are willing to pay for it.

When the charter deal closes then there will be a different valuation for MONI and again, that will be whatever SH are willing to pay for it.
