I had not looked at the financials, and got in a few months ago knife catching, just before Nick Link took over. Curious to see what he does.

The financials for 2021 and 2022 are like a labyrinth maze, categories and numbers, huge numbers for both years, with no clue what all was going on, but it sure was complicated, and not sell defined, or even close to explained. I have seen SPAC filings that look a 1000 page text book no one can understand, but a few brave souls with too much tome on the hands.

So have no clue if is good or bad, but was filed in record time once they access, which is impressive.
