First off, if my memory is correct, he got these shares for free. So selling on any large bid/volume would be the MO... Also, I assume he's not a very good trader (insiders rarely are) and on a thinly traded stock, you need a big bidder to step up and take them...
Assume (just assume) he dumped on any buying interest... since CAML is unsolicited, all trades would be matched trades, so the reported volume would be 2x what actually changed hands...
So, on the three days with heaviest volume (highlighted in yellow) in the spreadsheet and in the chart image, assume he dumped on those three days...
The volume on the three days almost exactly adds up to the number of shares he reported in August 2006 -- this seems to be a possibility to me, since he took the time to just now file that he has 500 shares, lol:
So, if the math is right, his 550k dump has been replaced by a few other folks holding about 1.2M share between 3 cents and (maybe just a few) up to around .13... LOOK at the price by volume -- there's a new base level now:
